Yes. Connecting Claude to external tools requires a paid Claude plan from Anthropic (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise), purchased separately at claude.ai. Our setup covers the connection and training on our side.
Is my data safe?
You authenticate through HighLevel's secure connector and approve what Claude can access. You can disconnect at any time, and Claude only reaches data your login can reach.
Can Claude take actions, or just answer questions?
Both. Claude can read your CRM to answer questions and, with your approval, take actions like updating contacts, tagging, moving pipeline stages, and drafting or sending messages.
