  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with MagnetiqAI are the property of MagnetiqAI or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload, input, or otherwise provide (“User Content”).
  • By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your content to operate and improve our Services.

6. AI and Automation Tools

  • Our platform includes AI-generated outputs and automated systems.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed before use and that MagnetiqAI is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misuse.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagnetiqAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. MagnetiqAI SMS Terms of Service

The MagnetiqAI Alerts SMS Program sends subscribers marketing messages, product updates, promotional offers, reminders, and AI-related news. Message frequency may vary.

To opt out of receiving messages, text STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive further messages unless you opt in again.

To rejoin the SMS Program after opting out, text START to the same shortcode to resume receiving messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider and plan.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://magnetiqai.com/privacy-policy.

MagnetiqAI complies with all applicable mobile messaging industry standards, including those outlined by CTIA.

By participating in our SMS Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
